Research Review

As of now, we have all been advocates. Today, we restructure into board, documentation team, and advocacy team

For next time: Some of us will understand the following prompts as a clean break from their ethnography adventures. Others of us will see these prompts as a opportunity to continue to build on our research and subsequent conversations. For example, Travis is planning on doing an on-camera interview with Sheila Lopez. Find examples of the NOFO genre--as well as applications/proposals,if possible--
and post them to the wiki. Read the 2009PB templates Kori has provided--these documents will provide insight into the documents the board will provide for our client (the LLS Coordinating Committee). Keep working on your participation portfolio--revise your reflections, and logs when/whereever you feel compelled to elaborate on the ideas that emerge in these writings. Write a brief proposal, addressed to your professor, stating which role (board member, documentation project, advocate)you would like to adopt. Provide a vision of your contribution, a description of the kind of technical writing/service learning work you will perform, and a list of deliverables that you hope to  produce. Briefly articulate the rationale behind your inclination.
